Missing GESTATION Sarah who live in PEBU community who have an issue concerning her gestation period that lead her to fall short of been pregnant due to missed of her periods. Sarah a 20 years old student who started two months before finding out she was pregnant. She told me that she had not seen her periods for two months. And her greatest fear is that she doesn’t want her parent to known about this pregnant because of the position of his father as a head in the community, she took countless tests and even went to a nurse to do a more accurate pregnancy test. She told me that everything came back positive and clean. And she started to feel very foggy, crampy, sick to her stomach, she told me she could not hold anything down and she went to the hospital due to it being so late. Where it took roughly 3 hours to figure out, she was 6 weeks pregnant. she cried. And her mom was present, and she cried. She told me that she felt like she was not with herself for a moment, scared and her heart was so heavy that she couldn’t control her feelings or thoughts that they were running through his head at a time and never knew why she was involved in this issues at this early stage. Her mother took her home with discouraged mind not letting her father got to known about this pregnancy, because it will be a big problem and disgrace for the family as whole, so Sarah suggested that abortion is the only way out to maintain integrity and the proud of the family, so she contacted one of my CBM by the name of JOHN and both of them discussed on the issue and come to an agreement so that they can be able to talk to a nurse to find the solution to the pregnancy. But Sarah’s mother didn’t agree on the idea to do abortion, and to my interview with her she told me she knew it would be a sin, especially growing up in a Christian family its forbidding in their own religion by doing so. And she decided to go home with her daughter, so the next day she make a call to me that finally she had made up her mind because there is no other solution to this issues, so they came the next day and I have to do a conversation with Sarah about her wiliness to do this abortion and she told me that her greatest problem is to let this pregnancy away and go back to school. That was an amazing discussion we have together and after that I take her to the nurse for a proper counseling on how she will be educated on the process involved for her wellbeing, Finally she go through the process successfully without any problem, and after that I told her the best way to prevent this issue of missing period is when you join family plaining that will help you to achieved your gold for the future that will not disturb your dreams. Her mother was so excited to see her daughter with a smiling face and have determination for her education after all she have involved in this issue. With that I introduce the implant to her with a clear interpretation in such a way she will understand more better of such service, and she finally accept to take it with a clear mind. Her mother thanks us for rendering this service which almost free to her daughter and to maintain the good relationship with his father and the moral of the family to the community.
